Can you work virtually?

YES! Everything can be done from the comfort of your home!

The test kits will be sent to your home with instructions how to send them back to the labs.

All of our coaching sessions can be done over video conferencing or phone chat.

Do you charge for the initial consult?

No, the initial consult is always free. This will allow us to see if you and I are a good fit to work together. I will tell you about what I do, how I work, and you can tell me more about your health concerns.

Do you bill insurance?

No, but that allows us to order tests that insurance and traditional doctors don't offer!

Can I use my health savings account (HSA)?

It depends on the terms of your HSA. Some clients with HSA debit cards are able to pay for some lab tests, but they are not able to use it for my coaching services.

Do you offer payment plans?

I do have a few options for payments plans. Let's chat about what will work best.

Can you use labs my doctor ran for me?

Possibly. I will definitely take a look at them, they might help give us a bigger picture of what is going on with your health.

Can I work with you without running functional lab tests?

Yes, but it is not my preference.

My general rule is "Test, don't guess!" However, I am willing to do health coaching that would include diet, rest, exercise, stress reduction, and essential oils for symptom management. Please note that this will not give you the most ideal results.

Do you offer discounts for testing multiple family members?

Yes! If you want to run tests on you and a spouse or your kids, I would gladly offer discounts for us to help the whole family heal!
